Happy Halloween! Full speed ahead!

This year in April 2023 McPeppergames celebrated its tenth anniversary. Not a given in the area of game development and development studios. When so many studios have to close their doors forever. For us, the success of the last few years is a reason to step up our game in the coming months and go full speed ahead! We started McPeppergames with the aim of developing exciting and educational apps for children and the long-term goal of eventually developing more user-friendly games for all age groups and on as many platforms as possible. We are now tackling this long-term goal! Look forward to a variety of new games and ports of our classics for consoles and PC in the future. Including some games for children, but now also for adult gamers! And that’s not the only exciting news… Chris is releasing his first two science fiction comic albums with SPLITTER Publishing in the coming weeks!

The German genre publisher SPLITTER publishes the two high-quality hardcover graphic novels MAYA and DARK ZERO. These are Chris’ debut as an author and are aimed at all adult readers with a passion for sci-fi and action.

Amazing Car WashWe will release our new app for kids “Amazing Car Wash” tonight. It’s probably the best cars washing game in the App Store! It has some very unique features, like for example washing actions which are accessible all the time! This means kids can choose from the beginning which tool they want to use for actions and don’t have to finish one action to unlock another. This allows multiple functions for each tool! And if this is not enough cool stuff we also have included something really spectacular: You not only can clean your cars but you also can use special actions to make your cars dirty! To use this special actions kids can earn stars through cleaning and then ‘spend’ the stars for the special actions. Pocket Friend

We’ve released our new app for kids named Pocket Friend. It’s available for Android on Google Play and for Kindle and Android devices at Amazon. The iOS Version will be available in a few days here in the Apple App Store. Pocket Friend is the first app in a new McPeppergames series of games where kids can play different games against a virtual animal friend.
The idea behind the apps is that kids often don’t have a real friend to play with for a lot of different reasons. That’s where the virtual animal Pocket Friend can help. Instead of playing some emotionless digital games kids can play against someone with emotional feedback based on the game play.
Here is a video of the Pocket Friend game-play, where kids can play 16 different Memo Pairs categories against their new virtual animal friend. The Memo Pairs motives include animals, objects, forms, numbers and even some basic math tasks.
